If you are not satisfied with an item, you are welcome to return it to us. Below you will find all the important information regarding your return.
Return period
You may return your items to us within 30 days of receiving them.
Here's how returns work
Inside the shipping box, you will find a pre-paid return label and a return form. Please follow these steps:
- Please fill out the return form
- Please include the item in its original packaging, if possible
- Please attach the return label to the package in a clearly visible spot
- Drop off your package at your nearest package shop
For items delivered by a freight carrier, please contact our customer service team to arrange for pickup.
Exceptions to the return policy
For hygiene reasons, used hygiene items (e.g., toothbrushes, soap, etc.) cannot be returned.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will automatically issue a refund via the original payment method.
Complaints & Warranty
If you encounter a product defect, please contact our customer service department. Even after the two-year statutory warranty period has expired, we will do our best to accommodate you and work with you to find a suitable solution.
