We ensure that your order arrives safely and reliably. Below you will find all the important information regarding dispatch, delivery times and delivery charges.

Delivery times

For items in stock, the delivery time is usually 3–5 working days from receipt of the order.

For items sent via a freight forwarder, the delivery time may vary. In this case, delivery is usually arranged by prior appointment.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges within Germany are €5.90.

For other EU countries, delivery charges are €10.90.

For orders totalling €100 or more, we offer free delivery within Germany and the EU.

For deliveries by freight forwarders, delivery charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery area

We currently deliver exclusively to Member States of the European Union.

Alternative delivery address

You can easily specify an alternative delivery address during the ordering process.
