GENERAL Care Instructions

Clean regularly with a soft cloth or sponge and a solution of neutral, mild detergent (pH 7) and water.

Cleaners containing hydrochloric acid, formic acid, chlorine bleach, or acetic acid must not be used.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, rough cleaning cloths, metal brushes, scouring pads, or microfiber cloths.

Residues from personal care and cleaning products can cause damage—such as hair dye, perfume, aftershave, nail polish, toilet cleaner, or other harsh cleaning agents.

Drying and polishing the surface prevents limescale buildup and staining.

With regular cleaning and careful maintenance, the surfaces will retain their attractive appearance.

SPIEGEL – Cover

Clean your mirror with a damp chamois cloth if possible. Alternatively, use a standard glass cleaner. Never spray the cleaner directly onto the surface you are cleaning; always spray it onto the cleaning cloth first.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, cleaning alcohols, or cleaning products containing vinegar, chlorine, or ammonia. Avoid using coarse cleaning cloths, metal brushes, scouring pads, or microfiber cloths as well.

When cleaning, make sure that no water or cleaning solution seeps into the joints along the edges of the mirror and remains there, as this can damage the product.

In general, excessive use of water and cleaning agents should be avoided.

After cleaning, the product should be carefully wiped dry and polished. This prevents limescale buildup and staining.

SOAP DISPENSER – Pump head

Please clean the soap dispenser's pump regularly to prevent clogging. Soap residue in the pump head can be easily removed by soaking it and pumping it several times with warm water.

With regular cleaning and careful maintenance, the surfaces will retain their attractive appearance.

BASKET – Rattan

Surfaces with light soiling or dust can be cleaned with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner fitted with a brush attachment.

For heavier soiling, you can use a mild soapy solution. To do this, gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth or sponge.

In general, the product surface should be moistened as little as possible during cleaning. Do not use harsh or acid-based chemicals. Allow your products to air dry completely after wiping them down with a damp cloth.

If your products get wet, dry them off as soon as possible. Rattan products should not be exposed to excessive moisture or dampness for extended periods. This can cause them to swell or develop mold, leading to long-term damage. If mold does develop, clean the affected areas with a mixture of water and vinegar.

Avoid direct UV exposure and extreme heat. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the material to fade or become brittle and break.

The rattan products in the BASKET series are generally suitable for indoor use.

BROWNIE – Faux leather

Lightly soiled surfaces can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth or soft sponge. For heavier soiling, a mild soap can be used. Do not use harsh detergents, abrasive cleaners, or acid-based chemicals.

Remove stains immediately if possible to prevent them from setting into the material. Always wipe away dirt; do not rub it in. For dirt in grout lines, a soft-bristled brush can also be used to assist with cleaning.

In general, the product surface should be moistened as little as possible during cleaning. Always wipe surfaces dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Products made of synthetic leather should not be left in wet conditions, as this can damage them. You should also avoid exposing synthetic leather products to direct sunlight or heat for extended periods. Moisturizing care products for synthetic leather can protect the material and extend its lifespan.

Care products for genuine leather are not suitable for synthetic leather.

CRYSTAL – Glass

Clean regularly with a soft cloth or sponge and a solution of neutral, mild detergent (pH 7) and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, rough cleaning cloths, metal brushes, scouring pads, or microfiber cloths. Drying and polishing the surface prevents limescale buildup and staining.

ROCKS – Swarovski crystals

Clean regularly with a soft cloth or sponge and a solution of neutral, mild detergent (pH 7) and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, rough cleaning cloths, metal brushes, scouring pads, or microfiber cloths.

Do not use cleaners containing hydrochloric acid, formic acid, chlorine bleach, or acetic acid. Residues from personal care products and cleaning agents can cause damage, e.g., hair dye, perfumes, aftershave, nail polish, toilet cleaners, and harsh cleaning agents. Drying and polishing the surface and the crystals prevents limescale buildup and staining.

Mild detergents are best suited for this purpose.

STONE – Solid surface

Clean with a soft cloth or sponge, a neutral detergent, and water. For tougher stains such as limescale, standard bathroom and shower cleaners available in stores may be used. Ensure that the cleaning products do not contain acid, chlorine, or peroxide. Please note that scratches, dust, and signs of wear are more visible on dark, highly pigmented materials and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
